Free Tier: The Initiate tier is free to use with no time limitations.

Paid Subscriptions: Adept ($4.99/month) and Master ($9.99/month) tiers are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

• All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months unless required by law
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

You agree NOT to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or hacks
• Modify or reverse-engineer our application
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Share or sell your account
• Impersonate others or provide false information

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

All content, features, and functionality of Elemental Nexus, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Elemental Nexus and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the game for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Elemental energies, runes, and other virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the game.

We reserve the right to modify, manage, control, or eliminate virtual items at our discretion, with or without notice.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may:

• Perform maintenance and updates with or without notice
• Modify or discontinue features at any time
• Limit or suspend access for technical or security reasons

We are not liable for any loss of progress, items, or subscription time due to service interruptions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELEMENTAL NEXUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
